Why we need closure to move forward, because closure is everything. While many can just ditch you like a grain of salt. Those behaviours will come back to haunt them as time goes on. Then there are times when closure is not supported in times when you may have been that casual that just suddenly stops being rosters on and as time went on, then things became too uncomfortable to return to say Goodbye. In those times, just roll with it. Like most some simply dislike saying goodbye and lave. The most who care will tell you and appreciate your service to the workplace.
Remember closure is everything if you wish to heal. Enjoy.
