Ironically, these where the words I woke up to on New Years Day, ‘Don’t do anything that is a waste of your time?’
As most of you know, my brain changes over night and I ‘wake up’ different on New Years Day! Every year since 2011 and it’s hard to explain, but it’s true.
So what is a waste of your time? I may vary from person to person and I’m to certainly work that all out very soon.
Here are some of the things that may find:
Stop or reduce reading books
Time on social media
Increased time alone
Amp up your self care by more massages, Lomi Lomi, healings
Buy your self the nice incenses, soaps and take more care of your sacred objects
Be more diligent in daily activities (like writing on the train instead of reading or playing candy crush)
Reduce the clutter in your home so your not cleaning as much
Switch to high energy foods in yours or family diet
Follow your intuition
Quit that unworthy job
Write that book you have always dreamt of
Move away from your comfort zone
What is interesting is that I needed a healing before the year of 2018 was out as something came up. AND the whole concept was about an issue in regards to time. It wasn’t my doing as I’m a kinda go with the flow person.
Then following the treatment as I was driving along two songs clocks (Coldplay) and time after time (Cyndi Lauper) bounced over the radio.
Then waking up to the words ‘Don’t do anything that is a waste of your time,’ made me understand this year for me and maybe you is all about time.
As the spikes on the wheel rolls on the next few weeks will reveal themselves.
Often I physically cannot see some of the changes until I’m at work.
So let the journey begin….
