DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

How funny I feel like I’ve been given a golden ticket (oops I’m 50 this year) and it can’t be wasted. While many like to do the same thing year and year out like those families that go to same location every damn holiday. 

Since the beginning of 2023…I’ve had a strong calling to do things differently and I mean really go 100 percent with what feels right for you. It may mean a new group, try a dance class or like a lady I saw on social media that she skated for two hours at her local roller-skating venue. 

While most go yeah yeah we know. But I’m telling you things are not going to be the same anymore. AND I’m not joking. This information might sound out there for you but I just know and by the way haven’t seen a single ‘forecast’ before writing this as I wanted to publish it before anything else.  

Doing things differently can mean a whole range of things from being a workaholic to finding that dream job in ways that are impossible to put in words. I may sound woo ha but it’s going to be the new norm. Imagine turning up to a café and seeing future event at the entrance on the other side of town? What are you going to do? Stay home and be in the same place at the end of the year or go, righty-o! I’m gonna fret driving there but…why not.

People are rising in their self-worth and need to break away from those shackles that some of our friends put on us! Seriously, I could feel the shackles and have been working on them to kick them in the kerb and move on to better things. SO…Don’t let anyone hold you back. You can still be buddies with your school mate, it might mean that seeing each other could turn into weeks or months before you align a catch up. Don’t fret because maybe your buddy has a different path and will thrive or slide depending on how much work they have done on themselves. 

Find your tribe by how you feel and if you a still high the next day then they are your people. No joke. 

Remember what I told you…do things differently this year as it’s your year and not one to be wasted dilly dallying strolling along the streets to nowhere lane with friends who don’t feel excited for you.
